“This is our first apple picking experience and it did not disappoint. Lots of fun things to do here. They have a vineyard and a separate space for wine tasting. They will allow you to take photos, just dont touch the grapes! Their store/shop is extensive with souvenir items, caps, sweaters, cold drinks, a wide variety of freshly picked apples, baked apple pies and pastries. They have an outdoor dining area and a big playground and plenty of parking space. Kids and kids at heart will surely enjoy this farm. Will be back again soon!”

“Not as easy to get to with Manning off of highway 36 closed; but worth it. Friday was a perfect day to go; not super busy, but the checkout lines in the barn were fairly long. Thor’s and the brat shack were open, and there was lots of families taking advantage of the pick your own bags. The inventory was pretty minimal - might be early in the season yet. Which is maybe why the Apple pie was dry - definitely not worth the $22 and not up to Aamodt’s quality we’ve experienced in the past. The Apple cider donuts however were wonderful!”

“My husband and I have been coming to Aamodt's since we started dating 11 years ago, but yesterday was by far the best yet! We brought our two boys who are 6 and 2 and we all had a blast! Plenty to do for their ages, and Mama and Daddy got to relax and have a little time too while still being able to watch them. The set up was great with picnic tables and rustic bar top tables to lean/set your wine and other goodies on, and live music. Thank you Aamodt's for such an awesome day, we can't wait to come back!!”

“This place is quite large, but it’s best to arrive early if you want to secure parking. The store/barn offers a wide variety of apple-related items, and the prices are quite reasonable. There are also several goats outside, which add a fun touch to the visit, they’re very cute. I did notice that one of the goats appeared to have a runny nose, so hopefully it will be cared for properly.”

“Great experience! Beautiful location, about multiple aches of beautifully cared for space. The owners are lovely people and the apples were yummy! Bought some maple syrup and peanut butter. The food truck wasn’t too good tho, wanted something more authentic.”

“Plenty of parking & lots to do! We love the apple cider donuts & walking through the orchards. The hayride & kids wagon are a bit too pricey, and the you pick hours aren't always on the website clearly. But we always enjoy our trips and plan to go back each year!”

“Not the best, not the worst. I have visited on weeknights only. I have come here a couple of times, two years ago and again this year. Overall, very clean. There are a lot of wasps near the picnic tables which should probably have some wasp traps to reduce this issue. The cashier had almost no appreciation, and frankly, I didn’t feel welcomed/gratitude. I don’t ask for a lot, but common courtesy is a good thing. I had to instruct her not to crush the donuts which would have been damaged under the apples. Everything seems a bit more expensive than I think it should cost. Meat sticks, $12 way overpriced, sweaters $68, also high. I suppose it’s a bit touristy. The bratwurst wasn’t that flavorful. The coleslaw is a special kind that I think would be pretty good on it’s own. It takes a bit longer to get your order during the week. We arrived 1.5 hours before closing. I didn’t care for the cold cider. It is middling. Not tart, not remarkable. Apple fritter: uh, what apple? Good baking, maybe 4 tiny chunks of apple. I’m craving more apple flavor. For the kids, there is room to play in the grass. There are goats. There are grape vines to go see (don’t eat the grapes, please). For adults, weeknights are best. For kids, weekends are popular. Room for improvement, price, merchandising with better signage.”

“We visited this place on a beautiful and busy Saturday a couple of weekends ago. It was crazy busy, but they seemed to know how to handle large crowds. After finding a place to park, among the apple trees, we made our way toward the apple market and winery. Luckily, parking attendants helped with the parking, which was definitely needed. We grabbed some hard ciders from Thor's, located at Aamodt's. We didn't go into the winery section, which was very busy. We went into the market and purchased apples, donuts and cider. The lines were not long given the huge crowds. They were serving kettle corn and brats outside under tents. None of the tents (cider, wine, brats, corn) had out-of-control lines. All were managed well. The inside barn/market also had short lines. This is a great place for families with children. They have a play area, petting zoo area and offer hayrides. You can also pick your own apples. You can easily spend an entire afternoon here, and parents can partake in adult beverages.”
