Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Utah.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

What visitors say
2 reviews on file · showing 1 visitor notes from the listing data.
“You actually buy Allred orchards fruit at a farm/barn stand on about 1230 north University Avenue in Provo. It is wonderful! They sort their fruit into 'firsts' and 'seconds'. Seconds are irregular, but significantly cheaper, and even they are delicious. The firsts are gift giving quality, and very rarely have any bugs, or are unripened. This is a family owned business, and we have enjoyed them for years.”
