Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Colorado.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

What visitors say

“My family's top favorite, we discovered Aloha nearly 15 years ago. They take so much pride in keeping their trees free of pesticides and chemicals! Unfortunately I just found that they no longer have a retail stand in Palisade. Look for their truck at farmers markets on the east sloped: Aloha or Morton (?)”

“TJ and Victoria are lovely people. Their peaches are the best! TJ took us through the orchard and we picked a peach to eat on the spot. It was the best peach we had ever had. There are tons of places to get peaches in Palisade but this charming place is my favorite.”

“The Stone Fruit Co. is a not to miss stop while in Palisade, CO for a case of organic peaches. Absolutely wonderful! And TJ added a bonus tour thru the orchard. Just delightful.”

“Bought a box of "Seconds", the peaches are fresh and juicy! The owner was very nice and next time I visit palisade we will come back!”

“Disappointed!! Bought a flat of peaches Sunday I got them home. These peaches that I paid 30.00 for I would have considered seconds. completely bruised not that big for being late in the season also didn't taste that good either. I miss the previous owners of this farm.I always got Big ,Sweet and Juicy peaches they were always extremely excellent.I was always willing to pay more for organic because I believed that I was getting an extremely good peach. This has not been the case the last couple of years. I can go to one of the other fruit stands and buy seconds for less and they have been way better. I hate to give you 1 star but I just haven't been happy with your product.”
