Found big, beautiful berries ripe for the taking, and filled two pints faster than a podracer in Boonta Eve. 🫐 The raspberry bushes weren’t quite ready, but luckily the farm stand had fresh pre-picked ones ready to grab. 🍇 There’s also a mini goat petting zone (younglings approved 🐐), a great playground, and wide-open space perfect for letting the kids run free like Ewoks on Endor. Favorite time to visit? Apple season, no contest. 🍎 But the real Jedi tip—check their calendar. She made sure the day ran smoothly, took great care of daughter and son in law so they could decompress in private while they enjoyed something to eat in the bridal suite. Between all the vendors and Brandalee, this was absolutely magical and we were blessed with a rainbow when the sun finally came back out! “At first arrival, I was turned off completely. The woman in charge told us we were too early and would have to leave and come back, even though our invitation said 1:00, and she said it didn't start until 2:30. Even though we were very much looking forward to the wedding, I was so angry, I was going to go home. But the Father of the Bride insisted we stay, so we stayed. Even though they didn't even offer us any water while we waited, the extra time passed fairly quickly. They made special arrangements for me to be able to attend the actual ceremony. The food was mediocre. The views were spectacular. The Reception Hall was a good size.”

“I was maid of honor in a wedding that was here yesterday. I’ll leave it to the bride and groom to share their experience, but I wanted to share mine. As maid of honor, I was helping set up to make sure everything was on the up and up, including asking the coordinator questions to make sure everything would be right. When I asked her about the placement of a table and if it would be moved for the ceremony, she replied with a condescending tone about how we need to trust them and that they have the details and that the table wouldn’t be there, when a simple “yes it’ll be moved” would’ve sufficed. We also were told an hour after we arrived that there were “no outside shoes” allowed in the bridal suite, which is a fair enough rule except we weren’t told before so we could bring our own slippers. With a rule like that, the venue could also provide slippers or at least let us know and have signage. The serves and bartender also had nasty attitudes and the MC had to go get more barbecue sauce while the servers just watched instead of doing their job. The coordinator was also sitting at a table for half the reception looking miserable. I understand that she was tired but it doesn’t help the vibe; she should find somewhere private to relax while she waits for the party to end if she doesn’t need to do anything else until then. Overall the wedding was beautiful, but could surely have gone more smoothly and without the attitude.”
