Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Arizona.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“This citrus farm is awesome! They had lemons, grapefruits, clementine and even dates. I picked my own lemons and got some grapefruits pre-picked. The quality of the fruit was amazing. The grapefruits were super good! I drink lemon water every day so I go through several lemons in a week and the amount of juice I got from these lemons was so much that I only had to use half a lemon instead of a whole store bought lemon. The price can't be beat! They only charge $6 for a grocery bag-ful and with lemons being almost $1 each at the store I felt like I hit the jackpot going here! My new lemon connection for sure! It is also a school project for the two daughters who are in college... score!!”

“We were searching for a roadside fruit stand and found this location. Your choice to buy product from the table or pick your own. Picking is fun and very quick, grab a stick and bucket and walk s few hundred feet for fresh fruit. Do not turn in with an RV as this is a residential property and you will not be able to turn around. Fruit tastes amazing.”

“What a citrus-fueled adventure! Between the zesty mandarin, grapefruit vibes, and even some oranges. The charming farm animals added to the fun, making it the perfect quick tour in Yuma. Huge thanks to the awesome owners—definitely the best farm outing around. Can’t wait to come back and do it all over again!”

“U pick... accommodating priced right... do your thing, experience picking your own fruit ... always good here!”
