A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in New Hampshire.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Beautiful, picturesque small, family owned orchard. Cider donuts -- the best we've ever had (better than the other 2 large orchards in the area). Upon the suggestion of the owner, Wayne Loosigian, we bought the Freedom apples. Delicious for eating, excellent for baking. This is a low spray orchard, healthier apples. There won't be any left for baking if we don't stop eating them🍎. If you love apple picking, this is the orchard. Support local...Rowell Rd. (off Pickpocket), Brentwood.”

“Went there this week and I can’t believe I’ve never been before. This orchard is absolutely beautiful. It has to be one of the last few true apple orchards out there, family owned and operated! They are all so friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!! If you’re looking for a real running apple orchard that has very low spraying then this is the place for you! They also have a cute little store that they sell their own apple cider, and a few other local made goodies!”

“For the 2020 fall season, you need a reservation to pick apples! 🍎 Call in advance to make your reservation. They are still selling bags of apples on site, as well as flavored, natural jam and other goodies. But for apple picking, you need to make a reservation. Beautiful farm to visit! And those who work on the farm are really, really friendly.”

“Prices were good compared to other pyo orchards in the area, we picked 2 separate 1/2 pecks. Donuts were good as well. A little off the beaten path, but worth going. My wife deserves all credit for the pie in the pic, and it was excellent.”
