What visitors say

187 reviews on file · showing 8 visitor notes from the listing data.

“Different booths. Plants, meats, cheeses, breads, Vegetables... Everyone is kind and typically happy to be there with their goods. I enjoy this market because the vendor is very knowledgeableabouttheir products. Knowing where your food comes from is wonderfulandhaving a good relationshipwith someonewho grows the food that you eat, is worth the cost of getting to know the vendor and the love they invest in their products. It is easy to navigate the market. Highly recommend.”

“If you haven't checked out L'atelier Pasta and Gelato at the Bangor Farmers Market you are definitely missing out on the best pasta and gelato i have ever had. I have tried the ramen and the Gelato. I purchased ravioli and the fettuccine that I have yet to prepare but have no doubts that it will be just as amazing as the ramen and the gelato. I just tried the herb fettuccine on 5-24-25 and I have to say it is the best fettuccine I have had in my entire life!”

“I’m hoping to turn out of vendors is better than it was today. The parking lot was only about a third full of people, however, it was a cold and kind of rainy day so I didn’t expect a whole lot of people out there. What a great location to have a farmers market right in the middle of downtown plenty of parking as well. Can’t wait to check this place out next weekend. It should be warmer in. Hopefully, it will be more people out.”

“I loved it . There a few vendors. Those that we there had some nice food items . We got some delicious bread from Biggis . We got some arugula also . They had canned goods. I don't think they had a full market. They open I believe from 10:00 until 1:30 on Sundays. I would definitely recommend this market. They have fresh food . They don't take cards , cash only , but you can get tokens to shop with .”

“This is a great market to visit and purchase some fresh produce. Buying directly from the producers is the best. Always fun to try new fruits and veggies that you have never seen before. Today, Kohlrabi was that veggie for me. This is a great place to spend an hour or so shopping.”

“Lots of great produce, baked goods, locally roasted fair trade coffee and the best crepe I’ve ever had.”

“Great market. Lots of fresh Amish grown produce and more at great prices.”

“Plenty of parking. Unique Sunday hours, rather than the usual Saturday. Typical vegetable and canned specialty vendors, but also broth and bread sellers plus a butcher.”
