What visitors say

“I can't say enough good things about BC and Ashley and Paul and all of the folks who run this amazing program. I go there almost every week to get fresh produce, eggs, and sometimes even flowers. A few times I have even taken classes there on making mocktails. The folks are friendly. The produce is always fresh. The prices are reasonable. And--this part is so important, Ashley and her husband do such great work partnering with other growers / farmers to expand everyone' success. They also have this nifty market on Piety Street that is open regularly. There I have purchased (in addition to produce), milk, salad dressing, honey, frozen food, and a range of specialty items. BC and Ashely and her krewe are one of New Orleans' best kept secrets. I am so glad to be a customer for over a year now and will be back again and again.”

“Local farmer's market getting started in the 9th ward. We all need fresh fruit, veg. More importantly, we need community! Try Jason's local honey. It's delightful!”
