What you can pick
In October, check what’s currently ripe before you go. Seasons below are typical windows for Tennessee, not a guarantee for this exact farm.
Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Tennessee.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“My wife and daughter had a terrific experience Saturday 7/7. The farm owner is very passionate and friendly. He told us before we started that he has more berries than we can pick: he was spot on. They are delicious and we can’t wait to refill our supply of 12 quarts we already picked”
“Very kind and helpful people who greet you when you arrive so you know where to go. They provide buckets to use. I love that they care enough to limit the hours so people aren't out in the heat. Delicious blueberries!”
“There are rows and rows of berries to pick, offering a great selection for any berry lover! The people running the counter are very nice and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.”
“Sweet … in many ways. 💕 A local treasure. We went at the end of July and found slim pickings, but still enjoyed the experience. 🙏🏼”
