“A super fun experience. We had never been to an apple orchard before, but the owner Rachel was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She explained everything we needed to know. I came here because I love Asian pears and the u-pick asian pears did not disappoint. They have 110 Asian pear trees and six times more apple trees. Because recent visitors came, ate while picking, filled 2 bags & left without paying 👎😡, be prepared to pay cash before you pick. Since Apple picking season ends in several more months, we'll probably be back to get apples! We loved this experience. Plus, Asian pears are the best!”
“We had the best time at Bender’s orchard! No thrills and frills just a gorgeous family run orchard. Bags are $30 each and we loaded them full. There is a mass variety of apples as well as Asian pears. Rachel was incredibly kind. Orchard is very clean and intimate. It is not over picked or crowded because you must make a time reservation beforehand. We also took amazing photos! We hope to come here every year now!”
“We have gone the past several years and absolutely love it. To the point it is now a family tradition. Our kids love picking their own apples, riding in the wagons, and it's always very relaxing. The owners are also lovely people. They are extremely kind and very knowledgeable.”
