“Bertuzzi's is an amazing, family, local small business.... that has that quality of farmers markets when you were young! All family from young to old working with a smile, ready to help! Quality plants that always grow extremely well every year in the garden! And flowers! And if you're looking for a more rare but tasty and beautiful tomato 🍅, ask for their Cherokee Purple strain! Also... ask about the wonderful story behind the seeds that grow this plant! You won't be disappointed by either! Love visiting every year & yet to find better plants locally!”
“Bertuzzi's Market has a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables — everything looked super vibrant and well-stocked. I was also pleasantly surprised to see a nice variety of flowers for sale. The bakery section was definitely a highlight — so many delicious-looking treats and tons of choices! Will definitely be coming back.”
“We have a seasonal campsite right up the road and come here all the time just for the pickles — you seriously can’t find them anywhere else! We also get our flowers here (especially the hanging wicker baskets), and always stop in for fresh fruits and veggies. The baked goods are wonderful too. Such a hidden gem!”
“We plan our route from Virginia to OCNJ so that we can stop here. We order pies to freeze on the way home as well: amazing produce, super sweet young employees, and beautiful produce: As you shop they start your “pile” of goodies and ring you up quickly when you leave. The pies and baked goods are INSANE!!!!”
“Was there about a month ago for my first visit. They had the best selection of vegetable plants. Bought some Thai and Hungarian chili plants. They are doing extremely well. People were nice and friendly. Have a wonderful selection of homemade pies. It’s a 44 minute drive for me. Well worth the trip.”
