“One extraordinary crisp apple. Red, medium size old fashioned...so crisp and juicy it actually shot out juice as I cut into it with my not-that- sharp kitchen paring knife. I wish I knew what kind it is.. Bought at the West Side Market, Santa Cruz, Sat. Feb.8. Flavorfull, as some others used to be, and sweet. I haven't tasted any apple this good in a long time. (What happened to the Fujis?)”
