“I read an article about the Manager of the orchard today. So I wanted to find out for myself. The place was spectacular. I picked a half bushel of Ida Red apples. I also picked Yellow Delicious apples. As soon as I got home I started working on peeling and cutting the apples. Best Ida Red apples I've ever seen. Pure white on the inside. A bit tart for cooking, which is my preference. I mixed them with Nutmeg, Cinnamon, and Ground Ginger. Plus the juice of 1 orange. I added 1 cup of Brown Sugar. I melted 1 stick of Butter, stirred in Brown Sugar, and a cup of quick oats. I baked at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. I let it sit in the oven overnight. This will be delicious over ice cream. Or alone with a cold glass of milk. This will be my go to spot now.”
“This is an amazing small orchard, my grandma, mother and I had an amazing time. My grandma needs walking breaks and the ability to drive our car to the ends of each rows was an amazing factor. The guys working were the owner and his brother and amazing and explained how to know which to pick. The land was also smooth and easy for us to walk on. 10 out 0f 10 recommend going to this orchard for all of your apple wants. It is amazing!!!!”
