“Not sure how this place has a 4.9. That’s shocking! Come on people!! We would give 10 stars if we could! We were visiting from Colorado and I asked my aunt for two things. To visit an orchard and to see colors. Obvs, one she could not control (lol) but the other she delivered and then some!! It was not in the least like my ‘memories’ from childhood but it was so amazing! We had so much fun and got a bit carried away but thankfully tsa considers a bag of apples an ok carry on😄 The orchard is humongous with so many varieties to choose from! You spend time searching for specific ones but in the end they’re all mixed up in one bag anyway! LOL We has a blast wandering the property searching for the lakes, picking and sampling as we filled our little red wagon, the scent of fermenting apples and the sounds of bees on the breeze. There are benches scattered here and there and the guys certainly took advantage of them. There are so many pumpkins to choose from! I’m a gardener and I love to grow squash. The bigger the vine, the better! One year I had 18 different varieties! I get all the catalogs and still, I discovered lemonade pumpkins at Christ Orchard! I’ve never seen this variety before! They are so beautiful! The shop is lovely and the items for offer entice you to purchase things that tsa does NOT approve of (10 oz jar of strawberry rhubarb jam for our son) without realizing it. The ladies were lovely and the children sweet and we especially enjoyed our interactions with Burt. He was so lovely and knowledgeable and friendly. Both times he stopped on his way to wherever he was going to help us out. The animals are cool and friendly. A lamb seemed to fall in love with my husband and we were tempted to stick him in the wagon too! What an absolute darling he was, laying his head in my husband’s hands and getting scratches. There are restrooms available and a pumpkin washing station and free turnips! There is plenty of parking and the orchard was easy to find.”

“I have been coming to Christ Orchard for over 20 years. I always love their apples, cider, mum's, pumpkins, squash....everything they sell is first quality. 😊. Family owned and operated, fast friendly service, and very helpful. You just don't get service and good produce like this just anywhere. I always come back in the fall for our farm fall display, and can find everything I need. (see photo of my Spoon River display). I also get their yummy squash, acorn, butternut and spaghetti squash to name a few. Makes a lovely farm kitchen display...that is until you decide to eat the squash. Also enclosing a photo of my kitchen basket with the apples and squash, with small pumpkin. If you are looking for old fashioned neighbourly farm produce this is the place to spend your dollars. Excellent and my go to place to buy my yearly jack-o'-lantern at Halloween. Christ Orchard is number 1 in my books! 💕👱”

“Very busy and cool place. Pick your own pumpkins. A lot of assorted colors and shapes on pumpkins and gourds. Has all sorts of apples including Braeburn Apples. Something happened to that kind last season so there wasn't any anywhere. Quick checkouts. There's also wagons to use to get your own pumpkins and gourds.”
