“First, about the pricing. Let's be realistic. The low end for a small to medium tree anywhere is around $150 and that’s exactly what these are. In previous years you could cut your own for $100 or pick from the fuller, more premium trees starting around $125 and up. This year we grabbed one of the pre-cut trees up front for $150, which is the going rate. Honestly, it’s a great option when the wife and kids aren’t in the mood to stand around while dad saws down a tree for 20 minutes. Now for the good stuff because Coleman's does it right. Free parking. A fun playground for the kids (and it’s unique ours love it). Free tractor rides. A bakery with coffee, hot chocolate and baked goods. A spot for Santa photos. A general store loaded with ornaments, gifts, clothing, and decor. They’ve also got stations for handmade wreaths, garlands and centerpieces. There’s even a food truck on site. Bottom line: it’s a great experience. The one-star reviews complaining about price increases are ridiculous. This is one of the few weekends a year the farm actually earns real money. Bring the family, spend a couple hundred bucks and enjoy a truly festive day while supporting a local business that deserves it.”

“Be careful of your trees this year! Black widow found in ours! We’ve been coming to Coleman’s for years and have loved them. Taking the family to cut a tree is long tradition for us, but this year it changed a little. We went out to Coleman’s like we usually do every year to cut our tree down. We picked one out, cut it down and I started my search for bugs and animals. This year, however, we found something unexpected. A black widow spider. I’m only telling you this so that you check your trees thoroughly! We have small kids that wouldn’t think twice to mess with a small spider. I gave them 5 stars still cause we love going there and it’s not their fault a black widow was inside one of their trees. It is the outdoors after all. This is just a public service announcement meant to get people to check their trees.”

“This is my fourth year visiting Coleman’s Christmas Tree Farm and our third year bringing our daughter, and it truly gets better every single time. The experience is nothing short of magical. Seeing Santa at no charge has become a tradition our little one looks forward to, and he never disappoints. Walking the fields together to find and cut down our own tree is such a special family moment we treasure every year. The on-site ornament shop and bake shop with warm hot chocolate are the perfect finishing touches. The atmosphere, the staff, and the memories we make here are priceless. Five stars, every year is nothing but a fantastic experience!”

“Coleman’s Christmas Tree Farm is always so welcoming and they have a great tree selection! The hay ride is free and always so fun to ride around the farm. They have an awesome bake shop with goodies and a playground for kids! Highly recommend getting your tree from Coleman’s and sharing a fun experience with your family!”

“Coleman’s is a family favorite! Playground, ice cream, hayrides, beautiful wreaths, trees and other trinkets. We make a point to visit every season for Pumpkin patch and Christmas tree fun in fall and winter!”

“⭐️ 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed — Our Tradition Ends Here We’ve been coming to Coleman’s Christmas Tree Farm for over 30 years, making it a beloved family tradition. Sadly, this year will be our last. The 2025 price jump was shocking — fresh trees are now $150 plus an additional $5 for bailing, compared to $100 last year. A $55+ increase in one year feels uncalled for, especially for families who come every holiday season. To make things worse, Santa didn’t even show up this year, which has always been one of the highlights for our kids. It felt like the magic and the heart of the experience were just… gone. We’re not just losing confidence — we’re completely done. And it’s not just us. Our entire family and many of our friends who’ve gone for decades feel the same way, and we’ll be sharing our experience with them. It’s disappointing to see a long-time tradition end this way, but Coleman’s has made it clear that loyalty doesn’t seem to matter anymore.”

“We’ve gone to Coleman’s Christmas Tree Farm for many years, but this will be our last. Prices jumped from $100 to $150 this year, plus $5 for bailing — an unreasonable increase. On top of that, Santa is usually there every year but this year wasn’t there. Santa’s has always been a highlight for our kids. The experience felt stripped of the magic that made it special. Our family and many longtime friends feel the same way. It’s sad to end such a long tradition, but it’s clear customer loyalty no longer matters here. A once family oriented business seems to prioritize making a profit instead of cherished memories.”

“4th year of disappointment, but last. Tractor operator reprimanded by family, saying “I guess you missed the 80 signs, 20 feet apart, saying ‘do not cut’”. Then proceeded to show our kids the calluses he got from the signs we ignored. I returned to our stump and took pictures in every direction, including our route to the cart. Apparently, the camera is also missing the signs. I found one sign on my way out, face down”
