Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in North Dakota.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“TONS of activities! We brought our toddler (almost 2 years old) and there was plenty to totally fascinate her. She loved the pumpkins, the rabbits, the bale maze, the train, the "corn box", and feeding the chickens and peacocks! There was A LOT she couldn't do (for older kids and adults) but there was more than enough for her to enjoy! So much fun!”

“Lots of fun for the kids. Need need a few more benches around the park. Or probably it was to crowded that it was hard to find seating on Sunday. Train rides, rides, maze, zip lines, jumping area, sand box area corn box and consentions area. $5 per person older than 2 yrs and rides $1 or $2 or $20 for unlimited for rides.”
