What visitors say

“Amazing day at Farm 49! Nadia and Colter are certainly the salt of the earth and showed us around their farm, introducing us to a number of their resident animals. The Sea Buckthorn bushes are unique to this area and the medical benefits from their berries are numerous. I highly recommend a visit to this wonderful place nestled in the Colorado mountains. You'll see a wide variety of flora and fauna around the grounds and might just get a chance to pet an Emu (look for Felix) or even hold a chicken (friendly Silky named Cherry).”

“Visiting Farm 49 is a gift to all the senses. Every time I visit, my equanimity is completely restored. Nadia and Colter are the real thing and exceptional at what they do. If you haven’t visited yet, drop whatever it is you are doing and go for a visit. You will find a certain kind of peace and parts of you as a result.”

“Our trip to the farm was amazing! The kids couldn’t get enough of the adorable animals and had so much fun picking and eating the sea buckthorn berries. The people who run the farm are truly the sweetest—you can see their love for the animals in everything they do. We can’t wait to come back with more friends!”

“Did the Emu walk and it was beyond amazing! The owners were extremely nice to me and my daughter and went above and beyond in showing us so many cool things on their farm like turtles, ducks, tree house, pigs, pumpkins and more. Definitely recommend!”

“Delicious, fresh garden veggies and fabulous chicken eggs! Best farm fresh eggs I've ever had! Adorable and well cared for animals. Love the pigs and goats!! Reasonable prices, too!”

“Loved the fruit snack with all the goodness in it! Tasted delicious. The ingredients were clean and packed with anti antioxidants.”

“So clean and nice place for visit! vegetables, herbs, apples, sea buckthorn, country eggs and much more...”
