A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Georgia.

  • Check whether this stop is a stand, orchard tour, or full farm experience before you arrive.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“You never know what you're going to get with a pint of store bought blueberries. They can be mushy, sometimes moldy, sometimes perfectly fine, just not tasty. At feldwood farms you get to pick each individual blueberry so you know exactly what you're getting. When you get there they direct you which direction to go if you want sweet verses tart berries. We picked some of each and every one was the best blueberry I've ever tasted. Organic and only $6 a lb. They're open at 8:30am 6 days a week so it's a great place to take that early riser toddler when nothing else is open. And definitely grab them a blueberry Popsicle, made from their stock- simply incredible. Just be sure to bring a change of clothes for the little one for after treat enjoyment. We had a lovely morning at a lovely place with just about the most lovely people you will ever meet. They accept cash, Venmo, and zelle. Do yourself a favor and put Feldwood Farms on your outing list for the summer.”

“My girlfriend and I had a good time!!! The blue berries are amazing, I believe the man at the front desk name was Chris, I could be wrong but he was very knowledgeable and answered our questions! Some of the berries are sweet some are sour some are tart!! Each side is different and not all the plants are planted with the same soil!! So it’s a different variety of taste. Definitely would come back!! Support these hard working farmers!! I’m a truck driver and people like me and the people that run this farm are the back bone of society!!”

“I had a wonderful time with my sister this past June! There are a few variations in the blueberries (differences in taste, texture, color, size, etc.) + tasting is encouraged to explore and find the type that you prefer! We went on a quiet, Wednesday afternoon and ended up being the only people out there. The farm was serene and gorgeous - the perfect backdrop to take some birthday pictures as well! Watch out for the ants, we got a few bites. Nothing we couldn’t manage though!”

“Summer ☀️ is a wonderful time for parents to take their children outdoors to explore nature and enjoy precious family moments. Our family recently came across a beautiful blueberry farm with endless rows of bushes filled with ripe, juicy, and delicious blueberries. 🫐😄 What impressed us the most was the friendliness and warm hospitality of the farm owner, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.”

“This place is so well put together! Ryan puts a lot of energy into these bushes and it shows! He’s got some other fruits on the way too which I’m excited about. Can’t believe how close this is to downtown!”

“Definitely worth a visit this summer! So easy and close to Atlanta, with delicious blueberries for the taking. Good activity for toddlers and adults alike. Don’t miss the popsicles too.”

“Great time at Feldwood farms, easily 5+ acres of blueberries, they have blueberry palleta popsicles that are amazing, Ryan was great, and it was so easy to get to. 100% going back!”

“Love this place. Super close to the city and such a gem in that regard. Blueberries are DELICIOUS, can’t find anything like them in Publix. So sweet and good.”
