“Wonderful experience! Drove from AL for the first day of the Lavender festival. The view from the farm was majestic, and the animals were cute Bathrooms were clean Lavender was full of butterflies, moths, and busy but calm bees. As a Celiac, I was able to drink the lavender lemonade with blueberry purée, and, great news, the outsourced homemade very berry lavender ice cream was safe to eat. Ask to see the ice cream lid. There is a website on the lid for Clumpies ice cream, and it includes an allergy statement explaining how they prevent cross-contamination. I didn't note any safe savory foods to eat. I bought the lavender-infused honey and haven't had any negative reactions, so it should be safe as well. Can’t wait for the pumpkin festival!”

“We went for the fall season. It was $12 for the hayrides, corn mazes, and complementary pumpkin (while supplies lasted) and $14 for a flower bucket and to rent some clippers to go pick their amazingly beautiful acres and acres of flowers. The hay ride is a round trip that takes you out to the corn mazes. They were very fun! There were also vendor displays in the barn and food vendors. There is a large variety and selection of various colored and sized pumpkins for purchase. We spent a couple hours there, but could have stayed longer just to enjoy the beautiful relaxing scenery and lovely colors.”

“A cute farm about 30 mins from downtown Chattanooga. We came out on sunday, not many people there. The aromas of lavender is amazing to walk around. We picked our lavender bunch for $10. And the entree fee is $5. There are small highland cows and goats. The restroom is extremely clean. We tried the strawberry lavender blueberry lemonade, fantastic. We also tried the very berry icecream, a bit small but really good. They have a booth that show how they make lavender essential oil. Parking is plentiful. There was a brief rain, but after that it was all sunshine.”

“This is such a cute farm! We came for the lavender festival and had a blast. The lavender smells divine; they also have a store in the barn where they sale candles, soaps, and other goodies made from items on the farm. We tasted the lavender lemonade- which was delicious!- while sitting in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the stunning views. We also got to say hi to Lily the highland coo. If you’re anywhere near Soddy Daisy, you have to stop by this farm!”

“It was a beautiful drive out to the farm from the Gatlinburg area. The size of the plants really jumps out at you when you pull up. We took the wreath-making class and loved it! The staff all seemed to truly enjoy being there. Try the very berry lavender ice cream and strawberry lavender lemonade. We’ll be back for sunflowers!”

“Being from Florida…you just can’t explain how beautiful this lavender farm is…the rolling mountains such beauty. This is a must see for yourself…the tranquillity is simply amazing! Staff and owners are truly special. Great for the family to experience true TN…Flat Mountain Farm highly recommended”
