Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Oregon.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“What an absolute gem! As a mom, this was my dream summer outing. I could actually relax and have fun while my kid safely explored for hours. There’s something for everyone..tons of animals (including adorable baby goats roaming around for pets), giant yard games, a full playground, and a whole barn full of inflatable bounce houses. The entire place is set up so thoughtfully, with plenty of seating, easy parking, fun and informative signage... The value is incredible for everything you get access to. Watching my kid run free, explore, play, and interact with animals made this such a special experience. We’ll definitely be getting a membership. Highly recommend!”

“We visited the farm to celebrate our adult daughter's birthday. She loves animals and we do too, so it was the perfect place to spend a few hours. We really enjoyed feeding and interacting with all the animals. They have such a variety of animals! Towards the end of our visit, we noticed 3 baby goats outside of the fenced in goat area. My daughter sat on the ground to feed them and they got on her lap and were so sweet and curious. It was a fun experience for us and I highly recommend it!”

“Such an amazing time on the llama walk!!! The llamas were friendly as was the staff, everything was well paced and a great value for the money. Our family loves frog pond farm already so this was an awesome new experience. In addition to that we happened to be there when baby goats were roaming around so that was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. Will definitely do the llama walks again! Thank you for a fun morning!!!”

“Frog Pond farm was so the perfect place to host our event. The farm has so much to offer on top of getting to feed and interact with the animals. Very family friendly, safe place to let kids play and explore. Staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lindsey was super easy to work with when it came to coordinating our event. She offered consistent communication and remained flexible to fit our needs. Can't wait to return!”

“I LOVED this farm. Animals are all happy and healthy. The farms has so many animals, a huge bounce house barn, and a ton of things for kids. They have a gift shop and picnic tables for food or resting. Lots of baby animals. You can purchase food to feed them. I loved it there, very nice people work there too. A must visit farm. They are very kind to the animals, that is obvious.”

“My partner and I had so much fun! The llamas were great and were wonderfully entertaining with all their different personalities (shout in particular to Miniman and his support leaf). I am going to be bringing back my friends and family cause everyone should have an experience like this once in their lives. Thank you Frog Pond Farms!”

“8 year old says it's good. Animals are fun, well cared for. Pheasants in bird area are gorgeous! Bounce house area was bigger than we thought it would be, and building was semi cool. (Heat advisory on the day we went). The only downside: no drinking fountain and bottled water in gift shop was $3”

“Great experience for children. I took my granddaughter to Frog Pond Farm on Saturday I didn’t see any frogs however they had a bunch of other animals to pet, feed and play with. They had a huge barn full of pretty cool bouncy houses. All the animals were well kept and staff were great.”
