What visitors say

“I went here when they were supposed to be closed on a Friday. I called, and they invited me over anyway (we were only going to be in town one day). We have the same last name, which is rare, so he agreed to talk and see if we were related. We showed up and the owner met me in person and spoke to me. He showed us around and let my daughter feed the chickens and goats. He had fresh eggs from his chickens and great produce. My wife said that the cantaloupe was the most delicious she had ever tasted. They also make soap from goat milk. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great natural farm fresh food.”

“My to go place for fresh veggies, eggs, goat cheese, and even pickles! This family is a blessing to our community, love visiting them and learning so much about their work, farm animals, and harvest. I brought my nieces to feed their goats. It is a working farm, always with a welcoming smile!”

“Great family friendly place. Lots to do and see. Pet the goats, feed the chickens, watch baby calf grow, pick veggies. Store has plenty of fresh eggs, pork, beef, chicken, sourdough, elderberry, microgreens. And tons of canned jellies, jams, sauerkraut and the best pickles on the planet!”

“We had the pleasure of speaking to the team at the Salado farmers market today, and buying some products including the spicy pickle spears. When I tell you you don’t get more fresh than these, I mean it! We can’t wait to try more things and highly recommend.”

“Great people and great place! We went almost every weekend for a month during the summer! My son helped pick cucumbers and tomatoes! We picked our own kale and chard(taste amazing). Also, my kids were able to feed animals! We had the best time ever!”

“DELICIOUS goat milk (very difficult to find) , AMAZING prices , and wonderful owners with great morals that actually care about the community. I also bought fresh zucchini for dinner. It was so nice to find a local place like this. A GEM”

“Awesome experience, there are vegetables, eggs, pickles, and amazing honey. Good prices as well. Picked me fresh cucumbers 🥒 👍🏼. This is my new go to. Check it out.”

“We like going out here for vegetables. This time we picked peaches. The owners are so sweet.”
