“I’m picky about my pecans. Call it whatever you want, but I value a good tasting fresh pecan that does not taste dry and roasted to remove the hulls. Hoffman Pecans offers a “cracked & air blown” style that is perfect for me. They taste great! The pecans are just like you shelled them at home and hand-picked the little pieces that remained with goodie. I have been buying Valley Pecans from Chillicothe Texas for the past six years. I purchase 3-lbs about every two to three months. These pecans are very good too. It could be a toss up, but Hoffman’s are $15 less with pecans&shipping vs Valley Pecans. If I had to pick the best pecan? I’d pick Hoffman’s Air Blown Style over the Valley Pecans. They are so close in quality, so either is great for me. The Valley Pecans on-lone ordering is very slick snd easy. If you have any issues, you can just call them. They answer the phone promptly with a human. The billing is smooth. The personalized service is too notch!! My Hoffman ordering was not as smooth as Valley Pecans. Not bad, but not as seamless. The order was delayed two days longer than promised. I have not tried calling them. I had Hoffman’s pecans once several years ago when passing staying nearby Stillwater Oklahoma. They were great then, and still are. I would not switch from Valley Pecans if the $15/order was not part of the equation. I highly recommend the Hoffman Just Air Blown Pecans! Yes, you may find small pieces of shell in these pecans. If you can’t tolerate that I would not purchase this style of premium pecan.”

“Really nice place. The owner is very nice and friendly, he really shows his love for the pecans. He was very attentive and pacient, he showed us all the process that pecans has before we get it. They have a lot of pecans trees in his land and even a couple of them in the front of the house. It was great to see the fresh pecans and how they are before pick them up. It is incredibly to see how many things can be make with pecans. They have regular pecans in different sizes, pecan with milk chocolate, pecans with dark chocolate, sweet pecan butter (with honey), pecan caramel toppings, pecans in pieces, pecan in little pieces, pecans with sell pieces (less expensive than pecans without shell pieces). The little pecan butter jar came with a lit for use it like salt and pepper shaker after we finish with the delicious butter. They even sell the shell for cooking or the fireplace. What can be better that pecans smell at home? I really like this farm, the owner taught us a lot about pecans. You can feel the family love of the owner on the pecans. They have the machines to crack the shells.”
