Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in New York.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Payment notes on file: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA. Cash still helps at smaller stands.

What visitors say

“Indian Creek Farm is a wonderful place to visit. The scenery is beautiful, the atmosphere feels peaceful, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The restrooms were shining clean, which really stood out. The donuts were absolutely delicious and fresh, and the strawberry-picking experience was great. We also saw pears, peaches, raspberries, and apples, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It is also a great place for photo sessions, with plenty of nice spots for pictures. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and definitely a place worth visiting again.”

“A beautiful place to spend some time picking fruits, vegetables and flowers. Firstly there's a place where you can buy slushies and donuts. Restrooms are available nearby. Also you can buy many types of berries, fruits, vegetables and flowers (depends on season, check out the photos as on July 5th). The farm is very big, they offer variety of products (check out their booklet, they give it to you but I'll also add a photo). The prices aren't bad. Strongly recommend if you love fresh natural food”

“Adding some more reviews for this year! Loved this farm on my road trip a few months ago and never got to writing a review. The donuts were so yummy! Super friendly staff and it's really fun picking out your own fruits! Check it out if you're in the area and looking for something to do, they have peaches, apple, pears, grapes when I went! Pay for what you pick and check what's in season before you go!”

“This place is amazing! You can pick flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables all in one place!! The place is nicely laid out and all beautifully planted and well thought out! They also sell cider donuts! It was delicious. This is around the corner from the Museum Of the Earth and you can easily do both. Definitely recommend this place!!”

“Picking my own produce was such a fun activity! I left with a bag of delicious apple varieties that I picked myself. Frolicking through the fields was a lot of fun, and I got some great photos. Make sure to get some apple cider donuts (and an apple cider slushy for a refreshing and festive treat) at the end.”

“I absolutely love this farm! Every summer and fall my kids and I go here to pick our own fruit and vegetables. Love creating memories with my daughters.. 10/10 I highly recommend this farm.”

“What a great u-pick experience. Even on a busy, beautiful fall day there was plenty of wandering space for everyone. Hands down, try the cider donuts and apple cider. Both are delicious!”

“Disgustingly rude guy emplyee walking around looking into our bags. Saying we picked smaller than what he told us. I asked him to show me which eggplant is smaller than my hand and he wouldn’t pick one from my basket to show me. He said my peaches I picked were not ripe when I picked them from the tree with the red string on it. I have been coming here for years and the amount of money I have spent in this farm is a lot. This will be the last day I set foot on this farm. You sir are the reason. I will tell anyone I come across about your nastiness. Bye!”
