Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Ohio.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“This was such a great place to visit, especially for the kiddos and young at heart! My 2-year-old nephew was having the time of his life playing in the sandbox of corn kernels. The prices on all the food items were extremely reasonable and the cider slush was perfect. My nephew had a little sparkle temporary tattoo done and it’s stayed on his leg for over a week now. The pumpkin patch had a bunch of vendors on the day that I went so lots of cute midwestern crafts to see. The prices for the pumpkins were very reasonable. I can’t wait to come back again.”

“This is absolutely the best place to take your family. They have something for everyone. They have a kids place full of activities as well as an adult hay ride. They have vendors and trinkets to purchase as well as a variety of foods. Popcorn, hot dogs, apple blossom, cider, and much more. They have plenty of pumpkins, goods, and mums for sale. We all had a great time there. We got there at 11am and left at 3pm. We had all ages, from 2 to senior citizen. This is a must go!! 😊”

“Although they weren't officially open yet(opens tomorrow) the owner graciously welcomed us onto the grounds. Our kids enjoyed the playground, goats and more. We will return to see everything when they are open. Highly recommend for a Family Outing!”

“I love the idea of Jason's pumpkin patch. I'd much rather buy my pumpkins locally, and they offer other decorative and season item. They have a few things for the kiddos to do while there. They also have a few vendors, some with some really cool stuff.”

“It was my first time going to this pumpkin patch. i went today on 10/12/24 around 3pm with 3 other adults and 1 child. as we got there, we each paid $12 for the everything deal + an additional $2 for the hay ride. We were not informed that the $12 everything was specifically for children. we are 4 adults who paid $12 for a wristband that provides access to a kid zone and pony ride. it would’ve been nice if the workers informed us of that as we were buying them. Also it would have been nice to know it’s a get in free and u don’t actually have to pay to get in. $48 down the drain.”
