Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in New York.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

What visitors say

“My fiancé and I loved it here. We came all the way from Long Island, about 2 and half hour drive and it was worth it. The staff was friendly as the reviews say. It definitely has a little something for everyone but more for the kids I will say, still fun nonetheless. We almost missed their Highland Cows in the petting zoo, but I am so happy we saw them! They even had some more cows that you could see near the apple cannon and paint ball. We spent about $120 from the online tickets to things from their market. The maze was our favorite part. If you do the intermediate maze, I am letting you know now, it is possible to do it in 10-15 mins. We are living proof 😂 have fun!”

“Kelder’s Farm was a highlight of our trip! As visitors from out of town, we were looking for a fun family activity, and this place exceeded our expectations. There were so many great options for kids to enjoy, keeping them entertained for hours. The strawberry picking was especially fun and a memorable experience for the whole family. The farm is well-maintained, family-friendly, and offers something for everyone. We can’t wait to visit again the next time we’re in the area!”

“My family and I went here for strawberry picking and we were not disappointed. My kids loved the corn pit, which is basically a barn sized pit about 1.5" deep with corn. There's animals to pet, plenty of things to do that are all included in the admission price (jungle gyms, mini golf, candy cannon [picture below], and so much more), decent food and everyone was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be going back to Kelder's for other events.”

“I cannot speak more highly of this place. It’s an absolutely beautiful farm with plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Everything from picking fresh strawberries to sliding down the front of a combine made for an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the farm was well maintained, and there was truly something for everyone to enjoy. I would highly recommend it, and we will definitely be coming back.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful farm for the first time so that I could photograph the vast field(s) of Tulips. It was photographer's gold. The staff was very friendly upon my arrival, and I was grateful for the opportunity. The Tulips were such a visual treat. The attached photographs are just a small sample size of what is waiting for you when you go. So looking forward to returning.”

“The best strawberry picking that we ever had! The strawberries are sweet. We were there yesterday and we have so much fun. The apple cider donut and blueberry donut are so delicious! You need to buy it guys.It was our second time to go to this place and we drove 2hours. Hope to go back again this year or next year!🍓❤️”

“I took my family to Kedler’s for Mother’s Day and it was an amazing experience! Definitely recommend coming here for the attractions and the farm animals were great to see and feed! The Hayride was great as well! Fun time for sure!!”

“Beautiful place, multiple attractions, love the corn idea in the shade. The day we went was blasting hot, there weren't many area with shade to area. The donut with the drink was dry, probably been sitting out for sometimes but the one by the entrance was good, slightly dry. Love their apple cider sparkling”
