What you can pick
In August, check what’s currently ripe before you go. Seasons below are typical windows for Tennessee, not a guarantee for this exact farm.
Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Tennessee.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Don't forget cash or check (they don't take cards). The first time I went there I had to go to Dollar General and buy a stick of gum and get cash back. Many, may rows of delicious strawberries and friendly staff. Beautiful area to boot. I got a bucket full of strawberries for under $20. See ya'll next year, or maybe if I finish these off I'll make another round before the season's up.”

“Great local farm. Delicious pre-picked or pick your own 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓. April-May they are typically ready. You can check their Facebook page for updates. 2026 prices Prepicked 1 gallon about $25 Pick your own is $4 a pound, with a gallon being around $20. They will have blueberries and blackberries also. Please come out and support this great family farm.”

“Lots of berries! I went there in May for strawberry picking and yesterday for blueberries. Both experiences were good. For blueberries we went there 1 hour before closing time. Just 1 more family was there and lots of blueberries to pick. There is no entry fee, just pay for what you pick. Will visit again next year for blackberries!”

“My family had a great time picking blackberries and blueberries! We went at around 9am in June and while there were several other families there, we had plenty of space to pick without seeing them. It is cash 💵 only and $5 per pound. We can’t wait to come back in a few weeks to get more! 🫐”

“Such nice people and a beautiful farm! My kids loved picking the berries and it was nice and spread out. Can’t wait to visit again next season. The berries were also very reasonable price wise. It is cash only so just be aware of that before you visit.”

“Delicious strawberries! Sweet, flavorful, and fresh. If you can, try and go before it rains. The strawberries tend to save better. We’ll definitely be back for blueberry picking. Just a heads up that they only accept cash payments, so come prepared:)”

“These are the sweetest most delicious strawberries I have ever had and the people who do all this hard work are SO nice. We hope to get another haul while the strawberries are still in season. They also have amazing blueberries!”
