“One of our favorite things to do on a Saturday morning. We've made a few friends by being regulars there. It's come a long way from what it was in the late 80's. It was a homeless haven and didn't dare go downtown because there wasn't much there. Since about the mid 90's there was a resurgence to make downtown a destination. The addition of some restaurants and renovations to some historical buildings it has done a 180°. It's definitely a fun time to see the different vendors and most are willing to give free samples.”

“Amazing Farmers Market! Must Visit! So many talented Artisans and Vendors! Plants, Unique Plants, Exotic Plants!!! Lots of fresh fruits and Vegetables, Mushrooms, Fresh Flowers, Bows, Massages, Unique Jewelry, Unique Clothing, Bathing Suits, Fresh Bread, Car Accessories, Wind Chimes, Pickles, Yummy food, Yummy Drinks, Boba Tea (Matcha), Handmade Soaps, Natural Body Care, Fudge, BBQ, and More! Great place to take pictures and have a great time with family! Every Saturday 8am-2pm”

“What a great farmers market. From the fresh produce (of course), there are many food vendors providing a variety of tasty options and numerous retail vendors to peruse. It should satisfy most people looking for a good way to spend the morning outside. The market is nestled in downtown, which includes more retail and dining options. You can also enjoy the park which skirts a portion of the market. With the exception of August, you'll find it open every Saturday morning.”

“one of my favourite farmers markets in my opinion it’s better than the one in Tampa on Water Street. The sense of community alongside the quality of goods is great. here’s my estimated timeframe: 1hr: to do the main street and eat 2hrs: if your walking through most of the stores leisurely 3-4hrs: if there’s an event by the lake, especially their car show it’s awesome!”

“I love coming here, not only it’s a great way to come out on Saturdays and walk downtown but also you can find all kinds of fresh produce, coffee, pure honey, seasonings, you name it, as well as artisan goods. There’s even an area where kids can play. Come enjoy what downtown Lakeland has to offer.”

“Great selection of handmade items, good amount of free samples, great fresh veggies at a very reasonable rate! Unique items great for gift giving, too! Food trucks and love music are always a plus. Food stamp shoppers your snap dollars are worth double for fresh veggies and fruit! NH”

“Will return. We stopped here for lunch @ Nineteen 61, and found a lovely New England quaint little town that worth to spend a night or two here. The Saturday farmers market is substantial: offering foods as well as crafts It's on N Kentucky Ave (the Ave has many cute shops) since 2004, four blocks long; opens 8am-2pm.”
