Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Idaho.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“This is our favorite pumpkin patch in the valley. It can get very busy but everything is pretty organized. From parking to the entry line to riding the tractor to find pumpkins. Tons of great things for the kids, some free and some costing tokens. Wide assortment of food and drinks if needed and a little country store on site. There is also a huge area to pick your own pumpkins. They have the giant ones and the fancy ones and even pumpkins for the babies. We will continue to visit every year!”

“One of our family's favorite places to go! Lots to do. Affordable prices. Such a wonderful way to celebrate fall time. We have been going for 7-8 years now. I will say, over the years the prices have gone up (to be expected), It's gotten more crowded, and customer service/friendliness has seemed to go down a bit. But otherwise, we love coming here once or twice a year. Try to come on an off time when people are having dinner or at work etc. You'll enjoy it!”

“This is the best Halloween activity I've ever done! It's not just a corn maze... there were activities that every member of my family enjoyed. The kids loved going out on the hay ride and picking out any pumpkin they wanted right out of the field. I was surprised at the great selection of food available everything we tried was excellent, especially the hot fresh mini donuts and the homemade caramel apple. They even had jalapenos for my cheeseburger.”

“My wife and I went here for date night and had a great time. Decent prices, decent food, friendly staff and a very fun corn maze. All the kid stuff they had going on made me wish I was 25 years younger. The atmosphere was light and fun and the scenery was beautiful and surreal. This is a great place to visit if you love the fall season and having a good time.”

“Came to Linder Farms with my son and his daycare. I have to say I was impressed. This was our first time and we will surely make it a point to come out yearly. They had fun activities for the children. I love that they have a small maze for them too. The staff was friendly and fun. Definitely coming back.”

“Great penne on Tuesday night when it is half price. Always go early as it gets really busy. Lots of things to do for free or add on activities. Free was hayride, slide, driving kid tractors, corn kernals, petting zoo and hay maze. Everything else including the corn maze were extras.”

“Great entertainment farm for the family. Good concessions prices, fun little pumpkin patch ride. All sorts of activities for the kids and family.”

“Linder farms is a wonderful place to take kids. They always enjoy themselves doing all the activities. They have many options: Hay ride, kids train ride, corn maze, climb huge mountain of hay bales and slide down a big barrel slide, huge tires to play on/climb on, a trampoline swing, rustic tractors scattered about to climb on, their pumpkin patch isn’t too great but still had cute pumpkins you could find still attached to the vines. You could pet the farm animals and feed them. Also see two huge yaks. They offer pony rides and a fun swing ride. Also there’s an area that has jump houses. There’s plenty to do, but bring ALOT of cash to buy tokens...since everything costs tokens. They sell delicious kettle corn though along with other snacks. So over all a great and fun fall activity.”
