“We have been visiting Richard Llanez farms for green chile since 2018. We enjoy they family run farm and it is always and enjoyable time. We order ahead, usually 400 to 800 lbs and they have it picked the day before. We show up at 5 and are done roasting around 8. There is nothing like the smell of fresh roasted chile in the long drive from Anthony to Tucson. We have been using their "Old No. 9" green chile in our winery to make a fantastic green chile wine - it's the best.”
