What visitors say

“Lover’s Lane Tree Farm completely overhauled our 30 year old landscaping in the front of our house and we were totally satisfied, 5-stars! Lisa met with us within 24 hours of our call and delivered a comprehensive visual plan showing how the new plants would look in front of our house in less than a week from our initial call. This presentation was very helpful to us to visualize how the new plants would look in front of our house. The plan was a complete redesign of our previous landscaping meeting the design criteria we provided her. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge in selecting and locating each plant. She was very flexible and helpful in discussing a few changes to the design we requested, even up to the day of installation. The crew arrived at the committed time. They were very professional and efficient from removal of the old plants all the way through to a thorough clean up demonstrating attention to detail on every step of the installation. Lisa and her crew delivered everything they promised, and on time. Lastly, we loved the lighting she installed to accent the landscaping and to showcase our house. It truly exceeded our expectations! “David and his team were awesome! We hired another company from Franklin ky to plant 15 trees a year and a half ago and half of them died. The company wouldn't replace them. Told us it's our loss. We then called lovers lane tree farm and they were super helpful in explaining how all the trees will grow, what recommendations they have and even telling us not to get a couple certain trees that we wanted due to the higher chance of them breaking from wind in the future. We ended up buying 60+ trees for them for our ranch in Auburn. They came out and planted them in Feb. Of 2023. Crew was polite and didn't leave a mess behind. They came back and adjusted a couple trees that we asked about and then came out this spring to replace 3 that had died. I would 100 percent recommend David and his company! We will use him again for future projects.”

“We bought three maples from Lovers Lane Tree Farm last winter. They are beautiful and were planted well. One of the trees started to die and lost most of its leaves. I called Lovers Lane Tree Farm and they replaced the tree and planted it. They were very generous in providing a replacement tree. Thank you!”

“We are in love with our outdoor patio and all the landscaping! You made our home look so fantastic... Thank you David and Lisa!”

“Thankyou for the tree a day before Christmas! Garage Door Rescue truly appreciated you ! Gob Bless Everyone !”

“We bought a holly tree from them for Christmas which was outstanding quality and is growing nicely outdoors. Lack of hours and a “call for appointment” seems a little strange to me for a tree farm, but okay. What’s lack of customer service earning this review is that they had a sign posted outside the gate saying “big tree sale today” which would signal to me that they are open and staff for the public to wander in without necessarily an appointment. I drove in and stopped where we bought the holly tree for Christmas. No one there. Drove further on to the property thinking someone might be back there where the potted plants were, working. Saw three different people and no one said anything, no one approached me to see if they could help or let me know times, nothing. What’s the point of leaving a sign out on the wrong trying to drum up business if no ones there? I see that I drove there around 6pm and Google says they have hours until 4pm on a Friday (never knew that based on the signage at the property) but if they are closed, why leave a sign out there? Am I supposed to call to get a same day appointment when your sign encouraged me to stop as I was driving by??!? Confusing messages. Maybe they just want landscapers or something but doesn’t seem like a good way to get rid of product…”

“If I could leave negative stars it would be a -5! One of the worst public business transactions I’ve ever encountered. Stopped by last week after we saw someone pulling in because no one returned any of our 4 calls last fall (should have been a clue there). The guy was nice enough and we agreed to purchase a couple of trees for pick up today, given a price. Called for 2 hours to speak to the woman to arrange for pick up, again no answer. Took a chance and drove the hour plus drive, caught her there on the phone so her phone obviously works. She told me I should have called first bc she’s too busy to load my trees, I told her I’d called all morning! Told me I’d have to wait until lunch or go elsewhere, I waited even tho she wouldn’t tell me when lunch was?? After 3.5 hrs I finally got the trees loaded and she told me $50 more than I had already been quoted, I said no way. If there was any possible way I could have gotten these trees anywhere else I would have in a heartbeat. I wouldn’t use this place again if my life depended on it! Stay away at all costs, they don’t deserve your money!”

“Their El Salvadoran subcontractors deserve 10 stars for their hard work and ability, they are truly impressive men. The owners deserve no stars (but that's not allowed) for their lack of followup on things promised, then ignoring some calls when there was a problem. It has been a year and I still haven't received the refund I should have gotten, but I let it go because going after them was more than I could handle while dealing with my husband's cancer and the dozens of trips to Vanderbilt. I never spoke with them about the refund, and they never contacted me about it. You can make up your mind as to whether or not you feel they are honest enough to deal with.”
