What visitors say

“If you're picking a few pints, the additional cost over a traditional grocery store is worth the experience. Huge overflowing strawberry field yielded 3 pints in only 5min of picking. I didn't see any bulk deals (maybe ask). Fun kids area, and a big slide fit for adults and bigger kids. We went during a weekday, so the meat shop and food truck was closed, but it's a good reason to go back in the evening or on a weekend.”

“It was our first time at Lyon's Family Farm. My kids and I had a great time picking strawberries. The strawberries were sweet and delicious. We even brought a stalk of Asparagus and a jar of honey. We will definitely be back. Thanks to my BFF B.D. for introducing us to our new favorite spot.”

“The best local farm around! We enjoy every activity we’ve been to here and the latest fall harvest days are no exception. We prefer this farm to the other local ones - the prices are reasonable and the activities are perfect for my littles. We will continue to come back time and time again!”

“Great wide open space for kids to pick their hearts desire. Great place to enjoy! 2023 picking is prime! 3rd baby boy later and still coming to Lyon's family farm! Just like our baby boy indicated in the photo, strawberries as far as the eye can see!”

“Our fave local farm. Berry picking is so easy, neat rows, very organized and the berries are beautiful and bountiful! Easy parking, staff is very friendly. Such a local gem!”

“Went for the first time to get strawberries. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The strawberries and asparagus were delicious! Definitely will be a regular customer!!”

“It was our first time picking strawberries, and I was a bit confused about how to get started. We didn't bring buckets or anything, and when I went to the stand to ask about buying one (plastic), the woman told me to just grab the little pint basket (cardboard?), which isn't what I wanted. She also had a hard time hearing, so I had to repeat myself every time I talked to her, and then she looked at me like I was crazy before answering my questions. Aside from that, we had a really great time picking the strawberries and paid around $20 for 4 overflowing pint baskets. I will definitely go back and can hopefully buy a bucket next time.”

“Great place for pic up your own fruits (blueberries/strawberries) however not sure why they are so expensive $25 per one bucket”
