Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Utah.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“ok so i was like not excited to come here while visiting from st. george with some friends because i used to work at a pumpkin patch tourist farm place for 4 years that was so very very extremely poorly managed it was lowkey traumatizing and has led to me not liking any pumpkin patchs or autumn attractions lol. anyway, the second we got here all that went away and i had a great time. we got so many pumpkins for just under 40 bucks because they are all priced pretty good. the employees were all really nice and there was just so much area to cover and we covered it all. we spent a good hour here (i was having such a good time that it felt like 15 minutes), and right as the storm rolled in, we left with our pumpkins. it was fairly busy but so big that nobody was in your way. i definitely want to come back next year. like it was really cool. 😺”

“First time to Mabey’s Pumpkin Patch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owners were extremely welcoming from the get go. I’ve never had better variety in pumpkins at any other patch. We ended up leaving with 8 smaller pumpkins and paid less than $20. Even had we picked larger pumpkins, they’re reasonably priced. The patch is well kept and they have SO many different types of pumpkins. We will likely be back for a couple more because of our excellent experience.”

“This was our first time coming Mabey’s Pumpkin Patch and we will definitely be coming back next year (and hopefully for many years to come!). They have a HUGE selection of beautiful pumpkins and lots of adorable places to take photos. The people were very friendly and helpful, and it was so nice that a wagon was provided to carry all of our pumpkins (and the dog)! If you’re looking to support a family-owned pumpkin patch in Utah, definitely stop by! :)”

“The Mabey Pumpkin Patch is a fantastic place to bring the family to find some pumpkins for the fall. Locally owned and run by some of the coolest people. They have pumpkins of various breeds, sizes, shapes, and colors. Plenty of variety to choose from. They also have squash and other traditionally edible vegetables. Better than fair prices and a family friendly, laid back atmosphere. I'd absolutely recommend this pumpkin patch.”

They have a huge variety too. If you’re looking for decorative, carving, or a great experience. Mabey’s Pumpkin Patch is it.”

“Pure pumpkin bliss. Reasonably priced pumpkins, lots of choices (including specialty pumpkins). Photo ops for kiddos. They supply the wagons for the field and the owners are just lovely. Little slice of community heaven”
