“What sets Mackintosh apart is the full experience they offer. The orchard’s dwarf trees make fruit picking super accessible, especially for kids, and there are handy picking tools and wagons to make hauling produce easy and fun. After you’re finished picking, the friendly staff help weigh and bag your fruit, ensuring an stress-free experience. Plus, the farm is pet-friendly and even has resident dogs and cats roaming the property, which gives it such a wholesome touch. The farm market and café elevate the visit. We indulged in a scrumptious chicken pot pie and an apple panini, both highlight-worthy, along with crispy apple cider donuts that were simply divine. The café also offers rotating menu specials, local cheeses, farm-fresh eggs, jugs of cider, pastries, and seasonal treats, you truly feel immersed in farm-to-table goodness. In short: Mackintosh Fruit Farm delivers seasonal freshness, engaging experiences for all ages (and pets), and a superb farm-market café. It’s a perfect destination for a full day of relaxing, delicious family fun. A heartfelt 5-star recommendation! 🍎”

“We were at this unique farm this evening for the first time in our life(fruit picking). Reached there at around 1.30 pm. There were many family we could see with kids. We are provided with a bag to pick fruits paying 15 USD plus a wrist band. USD 2 per person for entry fee. The fruits like variety of 🍎 🍑 🍐it’s beyond words to express for us.( we from india ) to visit a place is mind boggling. We all together picked 4 bags, they provided a trolly type cart for convenience, we had a little baby along with us. She really enjoyed the journy. We were roaming around for 2 hours went around so many apple trees, peaches and pears with plenty of fruits to pick. So many are down there can’t believe the seen. The owners really want visitors to enjoy the process. Variety of peaches red and yellow are so sweet and juicy. It’s an everlasting experience in our life. Want to come back again. Had a wash room reasonably okay to use. Monday Tuesday Wednesday not open for public. It’s a great location for fruit picking and enjoying the process.”

“If you're looking to enjoy fruit picking during the season, this is a must-visit place. The farm is spacious and offers a variety of fruits depending on the season. The owner was friendly and took the time to explain the different types of fruits they grow. She allowed us to explore the entire store. We are definitely planning to go back for cherry picking in June. Additionally, the farm also has a nice store and a restaurant, making it a great place to spend quality time with family and friends.”

“Very nice people and organized farm. Nice experience for kids. We had to wait for the ladder to pick fruit as most lower branches had no fruit but it took us like 15 -20 min to get a ladder. Cherries were sweet, $25/bucket. We went on a Sunday but, I suggest going on a Saturday as most people will pick fruit on Sat and little will remain for Sundays.”

“$2 fee per person for pick your own. It was a fun experience and there were both fruits and vegetables to pick. Visited in late Aug and there were apples, peaches, pears, blueberries, and a good number of vegetables. Prices seemed reasonable.”

“Great place for the family. We have been apple picking several times and got the family pumpkins from the farm two years in a row. Good food too! Excited to return to try the rest of the menu.”

“Adorable farm with everything we were looking for! Fresh cider, donuts, delicious food and coffee! The staff was kind and we will absolutely be visiting again next time we are in the area.”

“I've always loved coming to this farm, but sadly, it's changed quite a bit. While I understand a $2 entry fee for adults, charging the same for all kids seems unfair. What’s more, requiring each adult to carry a $15 (or more) bag is really taking away from the fun. Unfortunately, these changes have made the experience less enjoyable for families like mine, and I’m not sure we’ll be returning. If you just love apples.. it’s better to go to Giant or Costco and buy fresh apple from there!”
