“A recently renovated headquarters for four of Greenville's best ministries to low-income and underprivileged residents of Greenville, all part of the larger umbrella of Mill Village Ministries. My father and I have volunteered a number of times (both at the farms and the HQ), and MVM is a wonderful set of ministries with which to partner and volunteer! The subsidized produce boxes supplied through MVF are the best deal around at $5 for those with a SNAP EBT card! Be sure to also visit the bicycle shop at Village Wrench and the monthly markets to support the entrepreneurial vendors established by Village Launch, both now on site! Bike repair services are free or very low cost, and individuals in need of transportation can earn a bike! The director, Dan, is a fellow Furman alumnus and a kind soul. Keep up the great work, MVM, and go, Paladins!”
