What visitors say

19 reviews on file · showing 6 visitor notes from the listing data.

“I had a chance to visit Mohala Farms recently and it is a beautiful amazing farm. They have lovely organically grown vegetables including bananas, plantains, swiss chard, kale, collard greens, arugula, breadfruit, lemons and cassava. The lead farmer, Mark, really cares about taking care of the land and teaching people about the Hawaiian culture. You can buy their produce through their CSA program or at the Waialua Farmers market on Saturdays. Highly recommended and please support local agriculture. They also hire farm helpers and accept farm volunteers.”

“A really friendly nonprofit organic working farm. The owner, Mark, is very passionate about the mission and there are interns and fellows living on the farm. We were able to check it out this week with our photographer friend. Lots of mosquitos!! They sell their produce (greens, citrus, beets, herbs, eggs, etc) at the Waialua Farmer’s Market on Saturdays. Thanks for letting us visit!”

“Can't say enough good things about this farm. Delicious organic vegtables - WE LOVE being part of the CSA! Check them out at the Waialua Farmer’s Market on Saturday!”

“Rural but very friendly. Expect bugs but also incredibly helpful farm workers who make this back country destination unforgettable.”

“Had lunch here today as part of a tour. Good food sustainably grown. Noble motives. Nice people.”

“A wonderful and valuable experience!”
