“I love Moon Valley Farm! The produce is so fresh and beautiful, and you can taste the difference from what you buy at the grocery store. It’s also just nice to know where my food comes from, and who grew it! Getting a biweekly box with customizable swap options works out great — it’s fun to try out ingredients I don’t use as often, and balance that with familiar staples so everything gets used before my next box. The option to add on extras, which are packed up with my regular box for pick-up, is also really convenient. Attached is a green shakshouka made with rainbow chard, eggs, and potatoes all from my MVF pick-up.”
