“Check In: 07:20 Appt Time: 08:00 - 12:00 In Dock: 13:25 Loading Complete: 16:00 Handed Paperwork: 16:10 I arrived at this location on a Saturday(09/20/25) about 7:00 a.m. When you pull in, there's a sign that says to park by the fence. Once you're parked, you walk along the side of the building that faces Windmill Rd to get to shipping/receiving office. The nice lady in the office told me that the shipping department doesn't usually show up til about 8:30 to 8:45. She did allow me to fill out the check-in form and said that they will call me when they have a door ready for me. They do ask you for your trailer plate number. They have decent bathrooms here if you asked to use them. Apparently my product was not ready for my load, so I did have to wait a long time to get into a dock. There were other drivers that got here and they were in and out in about 2 or 3 hours. I was loaded at 14:45 originally, but had to go back in the dock again bc the load was leaning and my broker wanted it fixed. So double check the load before you pull completely away from the dock. They will fix it if you ask them to. The guys we're super chill and very friendly and helpful even though I had to wait a long time to be loaded. A little courtesy and understanding go a long way. I give it 4 stars just cuz of the long wait to get loaded.”

“Check your freight, I have made several pickups in this place and almost always customers reject part of the load due to physical damage or poor product condition. Avoid coming to this place, you run the risk of wasting time to get rid of the rejected merchandise.”
