Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Washington.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“My husband and I recently visited Muddy Boots Farm, and it was such a fun experience! We had an amazing time picking sunflowers, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of sunflowers we were able to fill our jars with. It was definitely a worthy experience! The young lady who owns the farm, was an absolute delight. Her friendly and excellent customer service stood out throughout our visit. She was very attentive during our conversations and made us feel so welcome. On top of the sunflower picking, we also got to enjoy some of their homemade apple cider. It was absolutely delicious and added an extra touch of joy to our outing. To top it all off, the owner even gave us a complimentary pass to come back in October for the pumpkin patch. We are already looking forward to returning and enjoying more seasonal festivities at Muddy Boots Farm. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and affordable experience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with the abundance of sunflowers and delicious apple cider, made our visit truly enjoyable. We can't wait to return for the upcoming pumpkin patch and create even more wonderful memories. Thank you 🙏”

“This was a good place that I took my whole family for some good pictures! For being a weekend everywhere was busy and not letting people in, so this was my first time coming. Parking was not a problem and the staff were more than helpful. All kids were more than happy to assist and give directions. We came mainly for the pictures but oh boy that we enjoy the sweet corn. Each one of us had 2, it was good! You do get the experience of actually cutting your own pumpkin in here, however, we did not get any but still, it was fun to wonder around the field. We should have tried the corn maze, but due to a tight schedules we did not, but it looked amazing too! Anyways, we loved the area, the place and all pictures we took, take a look to some of them!”

“Muddy Boots Pumpkins is one of my favorite places to explore in the fall. My partner and I have visited two years in a row now and can say both years have been fantastic! We absolutely love their corn maze and the added addition of the scarecrow scavenger hunt. The pumpkins are super affordable and the landscape makes it a fantastic spot for photos. The staff is always incredible and everyone is so kind. This is the perfect place for a date or a family afternoon of fun!”

“This pumpkin patch and corn maze was so much fun and we loved the scavenger hunt. We were fortunate to go during the super moon and it gave the experience a very mystical, Halloween feel. The apple cider was great, the kettle corn was amazing, and we picked up some very reasonably priced HUGE pumpkins along with some adorable handmade pumpkin beanies. We were even accompanied by some sweet deer on the way to the car. Will definitely go back!”

“Loved this place! My husband and I went here yesterday and had the best time! We loved the corn maze and all the hidden scarecrows in it. We also loved the variety of pumpkins they had there, we got a wartty pumpkin, a white one, and even a pinkish one! To top it all off the pumpkins didn't cost an arm and a leg like other pumpkin patches. We ended our visit with some of their delicious fresh pressed cider! Definitely recommend this place”

“The family was here for the sunflower. It is special and unique. The sunflower maze and bee are the plus, especially the kids have the opportunity to get closer to the mother nature and see the real things. We were lucky, it was not many people while we were there. You can also do flower cutting with a small fee .. but this place is a hidden gem! Also, i must mention that they are selling corns. It is beyond sweet ! Must get !”

“Wow! The sunflower picking here was a surprise find for me, and I loved it. $5 entry and then $1 per sunflower stem. It's a great deal! I'd recommend brining your own jar and water, but thy do also sell these at the farm if needed. Also, dont forget to grab your camera for the beautiful picture opportunities.”
