“My grandparents, the Greenwoods, lived very close .and knew Mrs Nelson. They always have had the best and most flavorful tomatoes and corn! Hey also had a Mellon called Musk Mellon... Looked like cantaloupe but sweeter and a little bigger. Not sure there is such a thing anymore.”

“Super kind, wonderful little place. Happy to support a place like Nelson Farms!”

“The sweet corn is always the best year after year.”

“The best corn in the county! We love Nelson Farm!”

“Nelson Farms is a great local farm with a wide variety of produce. Apple picking is a must at this farm, offering Macintosh, Cortlands, Galas, Empires and Red Delicious. They also offer already picked baskets. Sweet corn is awesome from this farm, love the Silver Queen. Apple cider and Kim's Goat Milk Fudge are special, sweet treats offered at this road side stand connected to Nelson Farms. This time of year is extra special at Nelsons with pumpkins, squash-acorn, butternut and spaghetti...all farm fresh and delicious. If you are ever on scenic Route 5 and going thru Harborcreek, definitely stop at Nelson's Farm. Stopped recently to get some acorn squash. I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh picked, plump grapes. Love the smell of the in season grapes in the air..BUT love the taste more.”

“There's simply no comparison to the freshness of local fruits and vegetables. Hands high for healthy! 🖐️”

“My wife likes the corn, but I thought they were too small. We drove out to get more and they were open, but had none picked because of a chance of rain they sent pickers home, and weren't picking any without them. Not much else there, not sure why they were even open... a wasted trip for us. Went to Orton and Klenz instead.”

“They have vegetables and fruits available at the stand or you can pick your own peppers and tomatoes. Tomatoes this year were not good for picking your own. Mostly due to be in contact with the ground and rotting. Unusual for them.”
