Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Texas.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Payment notes on file: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA. Cash still helps at smaller stands.

“I’m glad we picked and cut our own tree from this farm. It’s a well run Christmas tree operation with various stations to move through to grab your tools, get transported to the tree picking field, hauling your tree (and you) back, to check out, tree pickup, and finally loading your tree on your vehicle. I was glad I could take my dog. And the trees are genuinely beautiful. There were two trees to pick from and each have their own beautiful qualities. Pricing is high, but I felt that the experience and smoothness of the process made the expense a good value. Everyone seems well trained and I was particularly grateful to the young guy who secured my tree to my vehicle. I recommend bringing a tarp, or blanket of some sort to rest under your tree for transport. I read many reviews that mention an entry fee of $3 during the Christmas season. I was not asked to pay that and did not see any indication that was a requirement. I may have just gotten lucky or they may have decided to waive the fee since I came close to closing time. If experience is valuable to you, I would recommend this place. I have some beautiful memories with my small family that I will cherish.”

“We had visited this place a few years ago for pumpkin-patch time and were glad to return there. Fun and family-friendly activitites and many photo ops available but at the same time it was low-key and not too "busy" of an atmosphere. Did the hay-ride, which made a loop around the farm and it was fun. Some standard carnival or festival style options for snacks. Didn't stay there for a long time because of the heat and the sun but had a good time!”

“What a neat thing to do with the family. I wanted my 11-year-old to have this experience. What I thought going in was that it's going to be work for me and probably cost more than just grabbing something off local lot. The cost was quite a bit less than I paid last year and for a larger tree that is as fresh as fresh gets. It was absolutely worth a 25-minute drive, and it was fun. We will definitely be doing this again next year.”

“It was OK. $10.00 entrance fee for each of us (4), not including any activities. We spent another $55 for 4 of us to do train ride, hay ride, petting zoo and corn maze, once each. That did not include the jumping/bounce activities. We also got snow cones, which were $5 for a small and you get to pour your own flavors. They offer food trucks/snack places to eat, covered picnic area and playground. We will be back to get a tree. 🥰 oh yeah....free parking!”

“Went to the pumpkin patch. Long line to get in and a wait to ride train. Love they are dog friendly. Overall had a good time”

“Very nice farm but a little bit over priced. $10 for entry plus $27 for 10 tickets. Most attractions that get the kids attention have a 3 min time limit and some attractions are 2 or more tickets and require an adult to accompany them which will require more tickets. If you have multiple kids you will easily spend $100+ for attractions plus entry. Not to mention food or if you purchase pumpkins. Idk maybe its me but its no different from fair prices minus fair rides . But its a very nice farm. The train ride is very nice and provides background about tne farm.”
