“I’ve been purchasing trees with delivery for the past 3 years from Papa Noel. This year’s delivery had some hiccups and I was worried that calling after hours to try and resolve the situation was going to get me nowhere. I was wrong. Beau promptly called me back, even though they were closed, took time to understand the situation and find a solution together. He even connected me with a manager, Johnny, from a different location to provide timely support while the location was short staffed. I’m beyond impressed with the customer service I’ve received from Papa Noel’s management. The folks at the lot are always helpful and friendly. They could have easily refunded my money and got me out of their hair. Instead, they made sure the problem was solved to my satisfaction. Forever a Papa Noel customer.”
“This was our first year going to Papa Noel’s and wow! A beautiful selection of trees. There were truly no bad trees. We just took down our tree today, and it looks as good as the day we got it (picture taken from today- over a month having). Still so soft! The tree kept drinking water (still is!), much longer than any tree purchased before. Traditionally we would go to Home Depot or Lowe’s, and after this year even my frugal fiancé is convinced Papa Noel’s from here on out. Thank you for a beautiful tree and experience!”
