What visitors say

“A very beautiful & well organized Farmers Market. Great Variety of vegetables, fruit, flowers, Kombucha, tinctures, breads, various cooking oils & vinegars, some meat, prepared foods, cheeses, jams, syrups, even live music! We bought some awesome food & had a fabulous time walking around.”

“So so so fun and wholesome. The food is great, the vendors are kind and the flowers, candles and singer are all fantastic”

“It was an absolute blast to come out and enjoy interacting with vendors! A wonderful variety of goodies to be had!”

“One of my favorite markets in the city! Got some great flowers.”

“Just amazing! I look forward to it every Saturday!”

“It was a lovely experience on a Saturday morning. Visiting the Farmers Market Peachtree Road. The morning was nice and sunny and there were people queuing up for the freshly prepared tarts and cup cakes. Most people plan their weekend breakfast at the farmers market where farmers bake fresh tarts, pan cakes, waffles, steaks, roasted stuff, the South Indian breakfast and many other refreshments as early as 8.30 a.m. There is big crowd and everyone seems to wear a friendly smile. They bring along their pets, their kids and all family not just to buy the fresh, organic produce, but it is a weekend outing. The farmers are seen selling some of the greens for growing at home like celery, cilantro, parsley, rosemary., fresh flowers for home. They sell different types of peppers, garlic, ginger and some of the exotic fruits and vegetables. One of the rare things I bought was the red hibiscus calyx which is of medicinal value and has many health benefits. There is honey of different kinds, crochet toys, handicraft too Must plan a visit to the farmers market coming Saturday.”

“I love that this market is just a quick walk away on Saturday mornings. If you are coming for produce, be prepared to pay a little bit more but I have never been dissapointed with quality. I purchased a few peaches this weekend and they were phenomenal. Personally, I come for the crepes. The vendor here has a gluten free option and they are so fresh. This one had goat cheese, pesto, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and bacon and it was perfect.”

“Not a go to market if you're mainly looking for PRODUCE. About a quarter of the vendors sell produce, and at the higher prices than most other farmers markets. Sample asking price: $7/lb for bell peppers. Lots of products, breads, meats, pre-made foods and they look good, nice atmosphere and people. I think that's what most people come for. This just isn't what I like in a farmers market, personally. If you like that sort of thing, go for it! The grounds are pretty and calm around the church. Enjoy your snack in the shade by the lovely English Tudor home with red terracotta roof. I love this era of architecture in Atlanta.”
