“Opened all year round and a hidden gem! Although sometimes they close early Uncle Johns is nice but this place is more intimate feel. Big "gift" shop and michigan made stuff. Place is bigger than it looks Great cider The best cider slushies , not too sweet but more importantly not too tart that some are. I love the donut holes! I love that they are NOT perfect or unison. You get some with lil crunchy bits so you get different texture and super delicious. Lavender lemon cookie almost perfect balance of lemon, Lavender and sweetness. Definitely a great place for a date day ♥️”

“Loved everything! Came in with a murder mystery group in search of our pineapple (see The Nordic Pineapple for more details on that). Met with one of the owners Greg who was a delight. Chatted for a while on how great the city is, and all of their offerings. My friend is gluten free, and was excited to see GF cookies! I had a crowler of their cranberry cider and loved it. “Nice little orchard. I went there for apple picking past peak season. Orchard hand Greg was very friendly. Most of the apples were picked or old but if you looked in some of the trees, many apples on the lowest branches were missed. The trees are also a little wild in that they are very tall. Some orchards I've been to have trees that are shorter or pruned to grow shorter. So if late in season the vertically challenged may have some difficulty. The orchard is down the dirt road that runs past the orchards store a couple miles down. The orchard store was beautiful with lots of cute well priced gifts and decor. The food, however, was just so so in my book and the server did not make the coffee order correctly...but alas it was very busy the day I went. I was glad that due to it being late season we got a big bag of apples half price.”
