“By shear luck the highway was closed and we got sent off onto Yankee Hill. We saw the orchard sign as we were driving past and whipped around to take a look. This orchard is cute and incredibly well laid out! They have been working for years and this 2021 season is the first open to the public. There are 20 varieties of Apples to U-Pick and other fruits at other times of the year. The gift shop is cute and there are donuts and other goodies for purchase. Prices are very comparable for U-Pick and the grounds are clean and pretty. We will definitely be back later this fall for some more apples and donuts!”
“We love this place! It’s our favorite orchard (next to Nebraska city) to pick apples. The owners are so nice and I learn so much about apple varieties from them. The orchard is small and beautiful, and it’s easy to get in and pick the apples you need quickly if you’re in a hurry, or relaxing to spend some time if you have it.”

“So glad we found this orchard right in Lincoln! You can pick your own apples, get apple cider and various other goodies. It was the perfect outing for my family, my lil kid was engaged and had great time. The apples all taste so sweet and tart, and the property is very well maintained. You can tell a lot of thought went into it. The only issue was that there were a lot of wasps in the apples when we went so you had to be more cautious just grabbing at an apple. Grateful I do t have to drive an hour to enjoy a fall experience!”
