“We went there for the first time today. Even it was early June, still there were lots of strawberries we could pick. We also did blackberry picking. It was fun. I wish they had all you can eat(limit time with a fixed price) like farms I used to go in NJ. More fun as a family. They were so sweet and nothing is better than fresh pick! Beautiful place. A lady(maybe an owner?) was not friendly, but overall, we were satisflied with our experience.”

“This place always has such a wide variety of things to choose from. I have had their ice cream before and it was really good. I got a pumpkin here on Saturday. It’s also just a really great place to take pictures which the staff helped me with. The staff is always friendly. I love stopping here when I have the time. It’s in a great location and there’s plenty of places to park.”

“Went to Porter Farms with my little brother last weekend. We had a blast & self picked plenty of ripe strawberries. Decided to make a dessert out them to celebrate his birthday! All around great time and delicious berries!!”

“Strawberry picking Saturday at Porter Farms & Nursery was fun and the Strawberries are sweet, juicy, and a nice size. The staff was friendly and very help. I can't wait to go back for more Strawberries and Mums.”

“It was our kids' very first time strawberry picking and they had a blast in the fields and the sandbox! We went in the late afternoon, so the rows were pretty overpicked and the berries weren’t very sweet (likely from the recent rain). We also tried the cheesecake and birthday cake ice cream, but the texture wasn't as creamy as we expected and had a bitter aftertaste. At $18 a bucket, it felt pricey for the experience and the staff didn't seem very welcoming. So glad the kids enjoyed their first trip, but we’ll probably try a different farm next time.”

“We stopped going after they became less friendly and more strict, dictating what rows to walk down when, no stepping over rows, and zero eating strawberries until after purchasing. My advice would be to increase prices as needed, but let kids be kids. Let me graze while I pick. I'll pay whatever price if you let me have fun with my family. Dr Young's Berry Farm is a more fun experience of you can handle the drive.”
