“This is the only public orchard in the city of Greensboro. Anyone can come and pick fruit from the trees. Please leave some for the next person. This orchard is very special. It uses the principles of permaculture and was designed by Dr. Charlie Headington and is managed by the permaculture guild of Greensboro. It is definitely worth visiting. It is also part of the Greenway. The gazebo that is located within the orchard and is beautifully designed. This would be a great place to spend time with family.”
