“The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about the apples and pears. It was a little bit stressful in the beginning listening to all of the instructions. The owner has specific ways that she likes things. I was worried that we were going to do something wrong. ( I had three young children with me) But once we got out there and started picking it was a nice experience. The apples and pears we came home with are very high quality and absolutely delicious. The pears especially are the best pears I've ever tasted!”

“Great place! She has a variety of different raspberries and seedless blackberries. Bushes are staked in rows and area is mowed for easier picking. She usually has peaches but won't have a crop this year due to late freeze. Variety of apples in cold storage for purchase now and will have new crop this fall for picking. Also has pecans and sells jams and jellies. Prices are great and everything I've purchased has been beyond exceptional.”

“Brenda's produce is always excellent! She's an expert in her field of horticulture/agriculture and her products prove it, including her wonderful homemade fruit jams! I've been a customer for several years and will continue my tradition of stocking up on her goods. There is no comparison between her fine products and subpar produce available at Walmart, etc. I highly recommend her unique orchard!”

“Enjoyed picking blackberries at Brenda's Berries this evening. It's been a long time since I've picked any berries and these were so easy.....no weeds, no thorns.... just big, juicy berries. Will have to have a cobbler in a day or two - after we finish the peach cobbler made today from Brenda's peaches! Sure enjoy the fresh fruit so close to home!”

“We have gone every year to pick thornless blackberries. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. It’s nice when u don’t have to worry about tall grass, thorns and chiggers. The blackberries are huge!”

“No place better to get fresh apples than at an orchard. Brenda's Berries has a great variety of tasty apples. Be sure to ask about the seasonal picking opportunities for berries, peaches, pears, etc.”

“The apples are really yummy, but we couldn’t get past the rude owner. She makes the picking of the apples way more complicated than needs to be. Kept telling my husband he was holding his plastic bags wrong 😂😂😂 told him he was pulling the wagon wrong, and to top it off wouldn’t let him touch a pear that we were going to buy. LOL she really had it out for him that day.”

“I went in with a lot of money expecting to buy a lot of apples since I want to can apple pie filling. My sister and I walk in and the owner comes at us in such a hyper/over sharing/craziness it was overwhelming. I told her that I might have to ask questions since it was so much information thrown at us (even info about out of season items). I didn’t even walk out with enough apples to can a single recipes for 5 quarts of pie filling. I made it clean I would buy whatever I could get. I would take it all. She bragged about the 9000 lbs she has in one cooler and another 8000 lbs she has in a different cooler. She controlled everything. She was the gate keeper to the apples and only sold me what she wanted me to have. She told me how to carry out the apples and pears I bought. Told me not to stack the apples on top of the pears. She even asked if I had AC in the back of my trunk where I put them in my SUV. She told me to keep my AC on until I got home. She actually asked me to put them in my backseat instead of the trunk. If she doesn’t want to sell apples, she shouldn’t on a business selling apples. She was so much in her OCD that my sister had to leave and wait for me.”
