“A friendly farmer and farmhands run this small farm. A wide variety of fruits and vegetables are available in season. If you call ahead, they’ll have them bagged up for you. Plants are raised from seed and organically grown. On Summer Saturdays, they have a road side stand on Juliette Road with there in season produce. Today they had watermelons, tomatoes and okra to name a few. You can often find “ugly” vegetables and fruit laid out for free at the end of the driveway. They don’t last there long as the community knows what a great deal these are and scoop them up fast.”
“Best prices! All produce is grown right there. From the hottest pepper to the juiciest peaches, you'll love it. Everything sells quickly so best to come early or call ahead and they'll have it ready for you when you need it. Even sell day Lillie's, aloe plants, they have the stand open on Saturday 9-3 and Sunday they are at Bowden store. But the Greenhouse is open all week during the day. 😍”
“Great experience for the grandchildren. They can pick their own vegetables. The melons: cantaloupe, watermelon, and honeydew are delicious. The green beans are fantastic. It is worth the trip. Come on our and start eating healthy.”
