He took the time to walk us through the different options, answer our questions, and help us pick the one that fit our needs best. After the purchase, he also helped load the safe into our pickup truck. Customer service like that really stands out these days. “I placed and online order for an item that was listed as in-stock. About an hour later, while on my way to pick up the item, I received an email stating the order had been canceled. Since I was almost there, I decided to go in and look for an equivalent item. I found the item, matching sku# by the way, and there was 5 in stock. I spoke to someone in Customer and he verified the item was in-stock. He mentioned the item was not in the correct location, ok it was presumably about 30 feet away from where it was "supposed" to be. However, signage and advertisement told me it was in correct location. Since it was an online order, there was "nothing that could be done". So, one of two things, I think, happened. Either some employee was too lazy to get the order ready for pick or since they didn't want to take 30 seconds, which is how long it took me to find the item, to look and find the item. And, the item I am referencing is scaffolding. Not a small it, but the box is about 6 ft long and 3 ft wide.”

“The on line store said that 2 items were in stock at my local store. I ordered a tire & a battery for my riding lawn mower. Everything went through, they charged my card & said i would receive an email saying when to pick up my items. I got the email saying ready for pick up but then I got another one saying that it was partiality canceled but NO explanation! I called the store & the lady from customer service said if it was canceled they were out & I had to keep pressing her to get someone to help me possibly buy a different one. She put me on hold & I watched the clock till the 10 minute mark then hung up & called back & was put on hold again! She WAS NOT PLEASANT! I waited for 4 minutes & hung up. When I call & hit numbers for the different departments it goes back to the main menu! I CAN'T GET HELP & my card won't be refunded for several days!”

“A tiller that was purchased was still under warranty just happened to stop working and started smoking that was still under warranty so it was returned to get fixed and according to the one that does repair work on a tiller the belt had broke but according to customer service the warranty does not cover broken belts plus l was never told that until pucking up the tiller. Just a excuse to make more money and was treated very rude!!! Will never purchase anything else!!”
