“Excellent products! Their chicken is absolutely wonderful. You can tell you are getting a fresh and healthy chicken when you purchase from Schoeneweiss farms. Not only is the chicken itself juicy and tender, but the carcass makes the best chicken and bone broths. It has yielded me some of the best broths I’ve ever cooked with! I’m also a fan of their chicken feet…and so is my dog! I throw a couple chicken feet with my broths and the final product has so much wonderful collagen in it. Can’t beat it! Did I mention the dog loves it?! Great natural treat for you furry friends. The owners are also very kind and reasonable people to work with.
